Building and Construction - Traineeships

New traineeship vocations in Building and Construction have been established. Click below for their Vocational Training Orders.
Qualifications, structure and packaging
CPC08 Construction, Plumbing and Services Integrated Framework Training Package includes 55 qualifications ranging from Certificate I to Vocational Graduate Certificate. Thirteen qualifications support the traineeship pathways. Their details are below:

Industrial arrangements
Applications to establish traineeships whether full-time or part-time will not be approved unless the Commissioner for Vocational Training is satisfied that appropriate industrial arrangements are in place.

Learning resources and assessment materials
Resources to support delivery of CPC08 qualifications are available from the Construction and Property Services Industry Skills Council.
Registered training organisations
For registered training providers which can deliver the traineeship qualifications go to National Training Information Service.
For organisations which are in contract with the NSW Department of Education and Training to be paid for the delivery of Certificate II to Certificate IV traineeship training go to Training Market.
Payment for the delivery of training for Diploma and Advanced Diploma qualifications will be considered on a case by case basis. Submissions must be made to the NSW Department of Education and Training by the Construction Industry Training Advisory Body on behalf of the surveying industry. Inspecting Vocational Training Orders
A copy of each Vocational Training Order is available for inspection on this internet site below or at any State Training Services Regional Office of the NSW Department of Education and Training.
