The Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988 dictate how your personal information is to be protected.

CITAB collects personal information for the purposes of providing statistical information to you. CITAB believes that any personal information we have about you should be carefully protected to ensure that your privacy is maintained.
Essentially personal information is information about an individual whose identity is apparent or can reasonably be ascertained.
We do not sell or rent personal information regarding our customers to any third party.

Personal information held by CITAB may include your name, gender, current address, telephone/mobile phone number and e-mail address. We also hold details of any previous or ongoing service provision. Your information is held in strict confidence.

CITAB collects personal information through voluntary provision of such by the customer. This may be verbally given, in written form or transmitted electronically.

No personal customer information is disclosed to any party external to the CITAB organisation. All customer details are for the sole purpose of providing the highest levels of customer service.

Traffic monitoring
